• Q: When CASH FOR IPHONES pays for shipping; how do I ship my iPhone?

  We will mail you a box, packaging and a prepaid UPS shipping label. All you need to do is put your iPhone in the package, adhere the shipping label to the box, and drop the box at your UPS drop-off location. You will not be charged any shipping fees and the shipping cost will not be deducted from your payment check.

• Q: I have sensitive information stored on my Iphone. Should I erase it myself?

  We fully erase personal data on each and every iPhone we receive before processing it any further.

• Q: How soon will I get my cash?

  We will mail your payment check (or pay you via Paypal if that is your choice) the next business day after we receive and inspect your iPhone at our facility.

  We will pay you as soon as we confirm condition of your iPhone and payout amount (via email or telephone).

• Q: My iPhone is in bad condition - it's falling apart! I don't think you'd want to buy it.
